The Twins and Joe Crede have come to terms for a 1 year deal worth 2.5 milion dollars in incentives . Could Crede be the one to put the Twins on top in the A.L Central?

The right handed Gold Glover past his physical for the Twins on Friday. This was the first big move made for the Twins since their tiebreaker for the A.L Central against The Chicago White Sox. On the Twins side, hopefully Crede’s back will hold up. But for the other A.L Centrals teams, they hope they wont have the power hitting Crede healthy and up to bat through the whole season.

If Crede is healthy for a remainder of the season, I think the Twins will end up in the Post Season. The Twins still are not for sure in Post Season. They still have to watch for the Cleavland Indians and The Chicago White Sox.  Crede is a big help because he will back up Mauer an Morneau. This will give them  a better line-up.

In the A.L Central everyone has to look out for the Twins. My prediction is ther’re going to be the team to beat in 2009.
